The Downtown Merchants Association was organized in 2005 and meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.  The purpose of the DMA is to create a mechanism for businesses to work together to create an environment where people can come to shop and enjoy downtown Saline.

Events sponsored by the Downtown Merchants Association include Ladies Night Out in February and May, Sportscars to Saline in June, Summer Music Series beginning in June and continuing into August, and Harvest of the Arts Oktoberfest in September.  The DMA also participates in Saline Summerfest in August and the annual Holiday Parade the first Saturday in December.  Visit their website at www.salinedma.org.
